When placing an order you will have the option of either creating an account, or
skipping this step and proceeding directly to checkout. If you create an account,

order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number
and the SKU of the products you have selected. Please save or print this as your
official receipt. Unlike other fastener suppliers, Marshall’s allows you to purchase
the exact quantity you need – no minimum. Orders that total less than $20.00 will
be assessed a $5 servicing fee.
We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. Should
you decide to cancel your order we will gladly attempt to process the cancellation.
An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within
30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Call our customer service department
at (858) 271-5395 for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returned items will
be inspected to see that they are clean, unused, and include all original packaging.
